Dr. Diana Carole Awuor’s educational background includes EdD in Higher Education Leadership from Sam Houston State University, MA in Higher Education Administration (Student Affairs) from the University of Nebraska-Lincon, and a B.Ed. in Education from Kenyatta University (Kenya).
Further, Dr. Awuor is a Fulbright alumnus, an author, a public speaker, a self-made pastry chef, a philanthropist, and a study abroad consultant. Dr. Awuor is also the Founder and Executive Director of two non-profit organizations: Mindful Food Program Inc. and International Pleroma Convocation (IPC).
